  how do I publish the food menus under a ‘menus’ page?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I believe you treat this as you would any other page on your site and you would manually create text. If you mean you want to add a graphic file that is your menu, you would add media to your page. I am not sure if that answers your question but I thought I would give it a try.

  Create a few pages, for example, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Then go to Appearance > Menus and add the pages you just created to your menu that is used on your site.

  You can change the position and place it as a sub-menu below ‘Menus’.
