Publishing fresh content for a Page not a Post

    Hi,
    I want to create a Page where I can keep adding new content such as articles I liked, movie reviews that I loved reading, video urls, etc. So once I create a new page with a title, some content, etc. do I have to keep visiting the page I have created, in my admin, and keep adding content to it? Is there an option of Add Posts and it then appears under the relevant page that I have created such as “Blog” or “My Posts”?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
