Publishing immediately

  I’m trying to publish my post immediately and it keeps setting it for a scheduled time regardless of whether I click “publish immediately.” I have other blogs on wordpress and have never had this problem, but this particular one always seems to give me issues. How can I fix this problem?

  Make sure you have set your timezone correctly.

  The default timezone is UTC time. You can reset your timezone here > Settings > General. There you select the closest city to you in the same timezone in the drop-down menu and then click “save changes”.

  Then go to > Dashboard > Posts > All Posts
  hover over the title of your post and click the “edit” link.

  Click the Edit link in the Publish module and you will be able to change the datestamp and timestamp. Then click “update”.

  Thank you, but there isn’t a dropdown menue under Settings > General. It just gives me a language option.
