Publishing in Word 2010

  I have been using word 2010 to publish offline. Since about a month ago I keep receiving the message ‘cannot register your account’. I have scoured the web and this forum for answers but none seem to work. the threads in the forum also seem to be quite old…

  Does anyone have a solution?
