Publishing my blog

  How do I publish my blog? I have got the theme, the about page, and a post ready to go. I had kept it all private till I was happy with it. Now where do I find the controls to make it public? When I search for it, it is marked private.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
