Publishing my blog in hard copy

  I would like to print out a hard copy of all my blogs for each of the past couple of years – a Blog Annual – and have tried uploading to Blurb Booksmart., but have had issues with the uploading of images and with poor customer support. Can anyone suggest an alternative online publisher/print service I could use? Thanks! Glen
