Add topic to favorites
When I try to publish page it continues to tell me ‘Publishing of page failed’ … What do I do about this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

It could be an issue caused by the browser you’re using. Can you try a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox?

You can also try clearing your browser cache and cookies and disabling any browser extensions. Here are some detailed instructions on this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

Just make sure to save a copy of your post before clearing your cache and cookies.

If the issue still occurs, please share a screenshot using something like http://www.getcloudapp.com.

Sure. There were not really any steps though.
I created a page, as usual and then pressed publish and a thing pops up saying: ‘publishing of page failed’.
I’ve tried many times and its the same each time.

Thanks a lot – I tried with firefox and it worked fine!

But now another question …

The page is now published but it doesn’t appear in the page menu – I can see it is there in my dashboard but when I go to the site it’s not listed in the dropdown menu. Any ideas?

Now let’s tackle the menu issue.

Can you go to Themes and Customize, then click on Menus?

From there, click on Primary and then Add Items. Add the new page to your Menu and don’t forget to click Save!
