Publishing of post failed.

I just started a new domain website on wordpress as a free user. I am trying to save and publish my 2nd post but it keeps saying ‘publishing of post failed’. I have done nothing different than the first post. How can I proceed?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Can you tell me which browser and version you’re using? Or if this is happening via the app?
It sounds like a connection issue with your network though. Do you have better luck on an entirely different internet connection? Can you run a speed test?
Was there any media added to the post that failed to publish?

I am using internet explorer and it is also not working on my mobile device which uses google chrome

I’m sorry but you failed to provide the version numbers of the browsers you are using.
Please post this specific info here:
(a) Exactly what kind of device you are using to connect to the internet and to WordPress.com.
(b) Exactly which browser (and version of it) you’re using by checking here if necessary http://supportdetails.com/ -

Are your phone and computer on the same internet network? It sounds like a connection issue. Have you tried using a different internet connection all together?
Also, please confirm which site you’re trying to load. I’ll check on my side of things.
