publishing on my blog site

I attempted to publish information introducing myself and explain the purpose of the blog. I pushed ‘publish’ and it seemed to work. But the content has disappeared. People are subscribing to my site and there’s nothing it but a couple of pictures. I’ve been told I have sites. Could you please help me?

The problem there is that you have a static front page set up, but you don’t have any posts page specified so there’s no way to get to your posts.
You have three options:
1) Edit your current homepage, and add the Blog Posts block. That will display a number of posts you specify on the front page, along with any other content you want to permanently appear on the front page. The posts will update automatically as you publish new ones.
2) Set a posts page. Publish a new page, but don’t add any content to it. Then go to My Site ->Design ->Customize ->Homepage settings. Set the new page you created as the posts page there.
3) Remove the static front page and just have the front page show your posts. Go to the same Homepage settings pages as number 2) and change the option at the top to have the front page show your latest posts.
