Hi!
It really helps us when you tell us what blog you are referring to! I tried to look at theyogiclifestyle.wordpress.com which would be your default address, and got this:theyogiclifestyle.wordpress.com doesn’t exist
The address theyogiclifestyle.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved! But you can sign up and choose another one.
If you have a different user name/email address for a site hosted here at WordPress.Com, try signing into that blog. Open the page you are trying to publish and make sure that you click “Publish” at the top right of the Editor.
It appears that you are just starting out with WordPress. IF you do have a different site hosted with WordPress.Com, here are a couple links that can help you get going:
https://learn.wordpress.com and
https://en.support.wordpress.com/video-tutorials/IF you have a site hosted elsewhere, the place to ask about using WordPress is:
https://wordpress.org/support/The places to learn about about using WordPress in that case are:
https://codex.wordpress.org/First_Steps_With_WordPress
https://codex.wordpress.org/Category:WordPress_Lessons <- how to do anything! If you are wondering about the WordPress Com vs Org, there is a great explanation at:

No that is the site but I haven’t launched it yet because I have no idea what I’m doing! is that what the problem is? I’m completely new to this.
Thanks for the links – I’ll take a look through them and see if they answer my question :) -
You are welcome!
The first links i gave you will do a lot to get you going then. The video tutorials will help you learn how to use the various features, and the learn.wordpress.com link will give you a great foundation on getting started.
You can also change the Privacy Settings to make the site private so no one can see it while you are working on it, and when you are ready make it Public
