Publishing problem

  hi,
  I wrote a post and pressed publish. Everything seems normal, but when I check my blog, the new post isn’t there. I went back to my list of posts, the post’s status is “unpublished”. When I went into the writing mode, the “publish” option is gone.
  What’s going on? Had anyone else had this problem?
