I am trying to publish my WordPress.org site (sugarandspicesocialmedia.com) and I can’t find the publish or launch button.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

As I see, sugarandspicesocialmedia.com is not a WordPress.com account, is actually a self-managed WordPress installation hosted at BlueHost.
At this moment, as far as I can see, the website loads the default coming soon page. Reading that page, it says:
`You should login to your WordPress installation and prepare your site for launch.To launch your site just click the link in the banner at the top of the screen.
`so there is no link in the banner at the top of the screen? :)

Yes exactly! It is a wordpress installation via bluehost. I read that as well, but I don’t see a banner or maybe I am not sure what I am to be looking for?

Hi @denimanddogs, I never used BlueHost but I suppose the servers works in the same way as any others work :) in this situation just connect to your account via FTP and check for the index.html / index.php files – most probably the page you see is a index.html page and WordPres loads via an index.php page. All you need to do is to remove/rename the index.html page to something else – after that your WordPress website should start to load live.
However, this is not an issue that we usually assist here at WordPress.com and is more similar to the ones you can find here: https://wordpress.org/support/ – WordPress.org forum – give a try there as well or contact BlueHost directly and see what they say.

Thanks for the advice dragoso, but I am totally confused lol. I have no idea what any of those pages are or where I find them :/
