Why does Publicize not work when I publish the post of the contributors?

Hello Dear,
I have a contributor which I have to review her post. When I do that I cannot Publize to Twitter or Facebook as I normally do. I have to do all the process manually.
Why I am not able to Plublize the post of a contributor if I am the Owner of the blog? How can I automate the publize of the reviewed post of contributors?

Please check if the issue is related to the previously reported problems. If that doesn’t fix it, try reconnecting your Facebook and Twitter accounts.

It seems all of them are connected by I have no idea why and how to solve them because I cannot reinstall a software you have. I disconected and conected the Facebook and twitter services a million times. When I try to get help is because I am stuck, I tried everything: different browsers, different accounts, different computers, conecting, disconecting, etc. I do not know what else to do, for me publishing has become so troublesome, ages to upload, then rewrite all the meta info, then manually publize the posts of the contributors, uff.
Any other ideas of how to solve this? I will really appreciate them. Could it be my antivirus, Comodo? I really appreciate your help :-) -
Does your anti-virus show any messages? Is the behavior the same when it’s deactivated or not running? Is the behavior the same on another computer altogether?

No, the anti-virus works as ususal, no problems. I have not tried to deactivated, I will and respond to you. Yes, somethings are the same, others, the upload troubles, I do not know, but I will check. If you give me 20 min. I will run a test on two different computers with two different operating systems, but same anti-virus.

Ok, 1st results. IE 9 and Chrome show the preview after a moment of page not found, then it shows the preview. Firefox 5 does not, it only shows the 404 page.

1.- More info. The problem is with the main PC. The notebook is able to upload the images without a problem. So I have to figure why.
2. -The previews work after a momentary laps of 404 page on both computers and different browsers.
3.- I still do not be able to Publize the post of the contributors: under the Publize link the following text appear: posted to WP.com: (title of post). NO Twitter or Facebook, even if they are still activated and if I create a new post with my user as administrator the publize works fine. But as an administrator correcting a post of a colaborator or editor does not allow me to Publize automatically those post. In either computer and different browsers.
4.- When the files are uploaded it changes the name, and meta info from the files if there are spanish characters (ñ, or accents) even if I select my post language as spanish or the interface is in spanish too. Both computers and diferent browsers.
So, the upload problem is mine, the others how can we resolve them?

Publicize is controlled by the author’s account, so your Contributor would need to setup Publicize too in order for it to work.

Oh my, then I have to give them my account on twitter and facebook? With all the rights to do as they please? Don’t you think is a bit of unworkable? I mean if I set the account as a colaborator or contributor it means I do not want tehm to fool around until I feel confident, and the only way to publize the post is by them?
Well, then I will keep the manual posting in twitter and facebook.

Or can I set the twitter and facebook account on their accounts on wordpress for them if I have access but they will not be able to know the passwords?

You could set it for them if they allow you to login to their WordPress.com account.
At its heart, Publicize was designed for authors to share new posts with their friends, hence the reason for it being tied to each individual account.

Yes I see the point, but I designed in a way to use the social networks to spread the posts under the same username as the blog. So all posts will be spread on Twitter and facebook under the same name.

Oh, I have written here too the problem with the spanish characters, just before your firts reply.
