I have heard that you can get plugins from onlywire that links you to directories.. I have a video that shows that the you can get to this link thru wordpress plugin tab , but I guess I am so new at this that I can not find this tab in my Dashboard. Can some on help!!!!!

Note that wordpress.com blogs do not have FTP, do not have plugins, and we cannot upload themes into them. We also have code restrictions.
