Pulling HAIR Out!! Can’t enable comments box!!!

  Really can’t figure this out:

  Comments box or even comments link to http://acaiburnberries.com/what-is-acai won’t show.

  Ben through discussions settings, permalinks custom structure etc but just won’t show.

  Is it a php issue?

  Some advise would be magic if you can!!!!
