Eliminate my blog so I can start over. How can I do that?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You must be logged in under the username account that registered the site first. Then to empty the site content and start over using the same URL ie. blog address you have two options:
(1) Doing this quickly and easily yourself http://en.support.wordpress.com/empty-site/
(2) Waiting in a queue and having Staff do it for you.Staff can empty the whole blog for you. That will remove all data including posts, pages, tags, categories, comments, and uploaded files and once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
If you are sure you want Staff to proceed, and you are prepared to wait then type modlook into the tags in the sidebar of this thread for Staff attention, and post here again to:
(1) confirm the URL of the blog you want them to empty;
(2) confirm that you know content deletion is irreversible.IMPORTANT NOTE: Deleting public blogs and/or blog content from them does not remove indexed content from the SERPs (search engine page results). Google and Bing only clear their caches of deleted indexed content that produces a 404 (page not found) every 3 – 6 months. To completely remove an entire page from Google search results after it produces a 404 (page not found):

I have NO bleeping idea what you’re talking about. I want to DELETE everything except the blog and it’s title. How can I do that OR get that done?

I can help you with that.
However, I will need you to confirm that you understand that this is a permanent action. Once deleted, posts/pages/media/etc cannot be recovered.

I came to WordPress because I was told it lets you cull out the flame throwers and the Off-Into-The-Wild-Blue-Yonders, i.e, maintain civility and focus. Zat true?

You want to follow these instructions and make sure the “comment must be manually approved” box is checked:

You should be able to edit them before you approve them. But to be honest, I would advise against that. People seeing their comments edited tends to anger them even more. If something is bad enough to need editing, I would just not approve it at all.

I appreciate your caveat, but I am reminded of people who comment intelligently & interestingly on (a) and (b), and then add a paragraph observing that anyone who believes (c) is an “ignorant asshole” (a Columbia English professor) and the guy who wrote (d) should “go fuck himself” (a NYT best-selling author). I’d like to keep (a) and (b) and let (c) and (d) go to the trash bin. How could they object?
So, I shall translate your “should be able” as “yes, you can”, unless I hear otherwise.
