  My computer was reformatted and I lost passwords and account login info. My site is up but now I cannot remember what ID my website was under. I thought pullmanbbq.com was under pullmanbbq or (email visible only to moderators and staff) but these go to a dummy blog not to the account my designer set up. Please advise, thank you.

  There are many account recovery options.

  I am also adding the “modlook” tag to this thread for staff’s assistance. The staff will send you an email to the email address attached to the account so that you can recover it.

  Howdy, it looks like the domain and the site are both through GoDaddy actually.

  If you need help getting logged into your WordPress installation, work with your host to be sure you’ve got backups, then you can try whichever of these steps works best for you:
