    Hi! I’m from Brazil and I’m trying to buy the premium plan, but all my credit card were denied. I’m used to use the same cards for different purchases all over the world. I’ve tried even a USA card and it was denied. Could you help me?

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any failed payment attempts in your account.

    Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and reset your internet connection then try again?

    Also please check with your bank if they might be blocking the transaction for some reason. Even if you’ve used the card successfully in the past your bank might be blocking it now because they don’t recognise the site you’re buying from.
