Before the domain can be activated we need you to call the bank and remove the chargeback that was filed with them. This is a payment dispute.

The amount of time needed to cancel a dispute varies between banks but they should be able to confirm how long the process takes.
Once the dispute has been cancelled, we can look at restoring marjees.com back to your site — we won’t need to charge you again if the dispute is successfully cancelled. Until then, the payment is locked from our side because your bank views it as fraudulent.
It may be worth contacting them by phone in case it helps speed up the process.

Just following on from your question in this thread. The chargeback is still active so please contact your bank or card provider and ask them to cancel the dispute — they should be able to confirm whether this is still possible.
If not and they refund the money, you will need to pay the chargeback fee and we’ll need to send a payment request for the upgrade amount before they can be restored.

i have entered a new credit card number. the chargeback was on the previous card. please charge on the new credit card number entered. there is no restriction on the new credit card. you should be able to charge it without any difficulty. i have called the bank and confirmed it. i have made myself clear on this before too. i think i am not getting through to you guys. did you charge on the new credit card?

As @gemmacevans already said, the chargeback is showing as still active on our end, therefore you need to call your bank and cancel it. Only then, we’ll be able to determine if you need to pay for the chargeback fee or not and we’ll also be able to restore your plan.

the credit card on which the chargeback happened has been discontinued. i dont understand how the chargeback has to be cancelled? now i have entered a new credit card number. i have called the bank and they said that the transaction can happen on the new card. you’ll have to ignore the previous card. did you charge on the new card? do you have a helpline on which i can call for details? the domain has to be restored asap.

We can’t proceed until the chargeback is cancelled. That has to be initiated by the card holder/account holder. If both cards are through the same company they should be able to help you with cancelling the chargeback. Let me know what they say about that.
