  Hello! I purchased the 12 dollar domain plus tax thinking i would be able to use it as my primary address because thats where it redirected me when trying to add a domain. but now its not letting me use it because i need a plan and now im stuck with a website with a random name i used at first. can i have a refund on the purchase i made cuz i want to start the website all over

  To get a refund for the domain, you must cancel it first.

  💡 Remember that canceling the domain may mean you’d lose the domain altogether. You should only cancel the domain if you do not plan to use it with another provider or website.

  ⚠️ Given this, I suggest keeping it but upgrading your site to any paid plan, so you can use it with the site as a primary site address.

  Alternatively, you could upgrade to an annual subscription plan (whichever you prefer), where you can claim the domain as part of the free domain registration offer (free for the first year), and we could refund the domain purchase 😊
