  Hello WordPress. I have bought custom design and domain registration but I would NOT like to renew any of these purchases. Please help me? :)

  Hi Jessica!

  Currently, the domain is set to automatically renew. You can change that from your My Upgrades page here:

  https://jessicapriscillas.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=my-upgrades

  Just click “Disable Auto Renew” underneath the domain. The Custom Design upgrade is not set to renew automatically.

  With auto renewal turned off, you will not be charged automatically and the upgrades will eventually expire and be removed from your account.

  Please note, once a domain expires, it is sent back to the registrar. It may or may not become available for purchase again in the future. If you still want to keep and use the domain, please let me know. I can provide details on how to keep the domain active!
