  dear sir /madam
  i dont have credit card & paypal account.. how to purchase a domain ?

  Hi there,

  The only methods of payment that WordPress.com accepts are major credit and debit, and PayPal. There are no other payment options.

  I m from India. Can I use a debit card?

  You can if your debit card is issued by a major bank and it has the Visa or the MasterCard logo on it.

  For the time being these are the only valid payment options. It’s not up to me to make changes in the payment system. I’m just a volunteer in these forums :)
