Purchase appears up under billing history but not purchases

I purchased an upgrade to the jetpack personal plan and the charge appears under my billing history but not under my purchases. It’s been about 30 minutes since I placed the order. The billing history shows that it was assigned to the correct WordPress site but none of the premium features are available in the plugin settings. Has this happened to anyone else?

I contacted WordPress support and they suggested that it may take a little while for the purchase to be recognized. After another browser refresh, the upgrade appeared under my purchases.
