Purchase cancelation and refund

I would like to know about your cancelation and refund policy. In the purchase page, I can see the plugin which I bought. And I can also see the Cancel Subscription button below in the page. According to your cancelation policy, if I can see the Cancel button, refund is possible. But I still wonder if it is really possible because it had been more than 14 days since I have done purchase.
Please let me know if I can still cancel the purchase and get refund or not.WP.com: Yes
