purchase confusion need refund

    Long explanation but I’ll try to make it short. In April I paid for a website. I lost the site, can’t find it anywhere. April a couple of weeks later I paid for another website. Same price as the first. It’s up but not yet published. Can’t find the first record of payment or the first web site. Need resolution and refund. Please advise on how to straighten this out.

    It’s impossible to help without knowing which sites you’re speaking of. What are the URLs/addresses of the sites in question?

    You’re posting here as the username, grammscottage. This account owns three sites on our free plan, but this account has never bought anything from us. We don’t even have a credit card on file for this account.

    If you bought an upgrade from us, it’s for a site that belongs to a completely different account, and you’ll have to be logged into that account to access the site in question.

    If you’re not sure what site you bought the upgrade for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    Or if you have an email receipt from us from when you upgraded, try logging in using the email address at which you received that, as that would be the email connected to the account that owns the site.
