Purchase Custom CSS without all the other stuff

    I’ve read various posts that suggest Custom CSS is $15 / year. I cannot find how to purchase this. I do not want all the other stuff in the Premium package so it seems rather unfair to force me to pay for it. I do hope that I can at least continue with my current domain for example – I don’t want to be forced to have a custom domain just because I want Custom CSS. Can anyone point me in the right direction to spend my $15?
