Purchase disabled

    When I add a payment method before,my card was declined.But now that I can add a payment method, purchases was disabled, please re enable.I also want to ask that if I have added added a card in the payment method does that mean I can easily purchase with the card.

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff).
