  Its impossible to move forward with my site because i keep getting ‘purchase disabled’ how can i rectify this issue?

  Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”

  You can also send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
