Purchase Disabled

  Hi. For some reason I’m trying to add a domain I own to a wordpress blog, and its not letting me do the transaction. And a message pops up “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases”.

  I’ve written the reports and so far there has been no solution and it keeps popping up that message. The blog is unpublished and its address is http://www.getwatchid.wordpress.com.

  Hoping anyone can offer a solution. Thanks

  Hey,

  You can use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
  The relevant team will contact you.

  In addition, you can send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.
