purchase disabled and domain name blocked

    Hello

    i signed up for the personal plan and domain name, but I was unable to purchase the professional email accounts and kept getting the (annoying) notification that purchases were disabled for no apparent reason. i contacted support and got an email saying that you reserve the right to disable purchases for any account. so i went ahead and canceled my subscription since the professional emails are very important to my business. after canceling the plan and the domain purchase to proceed with a different provider, i figured that you blocked my domain name for an indefinite period. so basically, you refused to provide me the service for no reason, and you blocked my website name. please make my domain name available urgently since i really need to have my website and email accounts working.
