Purchase disabled by billing team for no reason

    Hey, WordPress team

    I tried to purchase a business plan because I need to install plug-ins. But when I tried to pay, none of my bank accounts work. (They work on all the other websites). Suddenly, my purchase was disabled.

    Then, I reported this to the billing team. They only replied that “I tried several of my bank accounts and none of them work. (They work on all the other websites).”

    Could you tell me why and how can I fix it?

    Our forums staff can’t help with this, but I see that you have an open ticket with our Billing Support team. They’ll review your account and follow up with you there soon.

    In the meantime, can you also call the card company / bank you prefer and find out why they didn’t work? They may need to help too.
