Purchase disabled error

Hi staff, I try to upgrade my plan to Business and purchase a domain name. But I continue got ‘purchase disabled error’. Although I tried several different credit cards, none of them can pay successfully.
Would you please help to check this payment issue?

Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” Your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
