Purchase disabled, forever?

    Hello, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls.

    So, I recently starting to build a website for my business using WordPress. Then I noticed you cant use any plugins on free plan, like Monster Insight, etc. I then tried to purchase their personal plan. Then after I put my card details, the card declines then I was disabled :) :)

    I contacted and asked their billing support, and they just wont tell me why or how to re-enable purchase on my account. After google research, many people experience this too apparently, and they get the same response.

    Sooo, assuming I never be able to get my personal plan, should i make new account? or just leave WordPress and using other platforms? Please give me other recommendation where I can build website and host it, but they dont recommend me to upgrade my plan and just leave me out here.
