I had a problem where when my account was set up by my friend he didn’t associate the correct email address. He used one that’s invalid so I asked wordpress and they kindly sent a new confirmation email to the correct address however now not only can I not fix my .com web page but my account is misspelled as bigpapasmokeem which is incorrect and shouldn’t have two Es’. please help I have to get my page done like yesterday

Keep in mind that you cannot reuse your old site address if you change to something new.

Do you mean a paid upgrade purchase? I’m not seeing any upgrades as being associated with the account that you are posting from. Do you remember what specific upgrade it was?

Yes I have a paid website bigpapasmokem.com but it doesnt show under my account as a purchase I don’t know why?

Neither of which are owned by the “bigpapasmokem” account that you are posting from.
It would appear that you have a second WordPress.com user account somewhere.

Yes now you have it that is my account. However it was set up from a non existing email. I would now need to know how to recover yhat account because we purchased the domain namee but cannot edit it. Tx great to finally get some help at thisyour a gift from the wordpress gods lol
