  Am trying to upgrade and I fill out my information but when I put my post code it keeps saying its not valid.. And that’s that my postcode so I don’t know why it not working

  Post code formats vary from one country to another, so there’s no way we can check that code without knowing what country or city it’s for. Please provide that information as well so we can help with this.

  City is Mtarfa
  Post code is MTF1010

  Thanks for the details.

  It seems that the correct format for Malta’s postal code has a space between the letters and numbers.

  Please try to type your code as MTF 1010 – it should be accepted this way.

  If you still have issues with that, let us know.
