Hi – I received a couple code by email for a purchase (FLASH181RDCJ). But when I used it to purchase a Business plan, the transaction failed and I was asked to contact support with the code ‘AXLZNE’. This is me contacting support…

I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades have indeed been disabled, and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums but click on the notification in your dashboard to reach our payments staff.
Our Billing Support team handles inquiries about this. You can also reach out to them for assistance with this using the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” You can also send an email directly to
billingsupport@wordpress.comif you prefer that.Thanks!

Once Billing support has assisted you with your account, I would get in touch with your bank.
I know we have a lot of problems with the Bank of India blocking international purchases, including purchases on WordPress.com. I would contact your bank to confirm they are not blocking the payment, and if they are, ask them to allow this purchase to go through?

Clicking on the “please contact support” link led me to the forums. You might want to check that.
Bank of India is just one bank among several, and it’s not one I use. I have been able to make other international payments.
