  I would like to know why cant i purchas a premium plan for 8$ when i try to make a purchase the total balance i need to pay is 131$ cant i just purchase the 8$ plan

  Hello there,

  The plans at WordPress.com are billed annually rather than monthly, so you would be seeing the yearly cost.

  A domain is free for the first year of registration, with a plan and any other domain would be an additional purchase.

  Ohky so i wil not be paying 8$ i must pay 96$ instead?

  $96 breaks down to $8/month. We just do not offer monthly billing at this time.
