Purchase form refuses to recognise my postcode

    Hi, I have a blog, and wanted to upgrade to a website, with domain etc. But your form refuses to recognise my postcode. I set United Kingdom, and input my postal code, and it won’t accept it.

    Hi there,

    Please enter your postal code using uppercase letters, and depending whether your code has six or seven characters, leave a space after the third or fourth character, i.e. there should be a space before the last three characters.

    Also make sure that you’re not perhaps confusing the digit 0 with the letter O. Our system will reject the code if you substitute one with the other.
