Purchase from Client never registered to my email and i never received payment.

    Hi I need help to work out why i never received a confirmation email to notify me of a customer order.
    The way i was notified was from an email stated below.
    ‘Hi i am Hung Duong. I have put an order for a classic core about 2 weeks ago. Can you please let me update when you going to send it. Thank you

    Hi there,

    You’ve posted in the support forums for WordPress.com, but http://auscorefitness.com/ is not a WordPress.com site.

    The site currently appearing on that domain is not built with WordPress at all, but is hosted by Squarespace.com. Please contact their support directly for help with any issues regarding that site.

    The site is listed in your WordPress.com account, because you had a site at the same domain connected here via the Jetpack plugin at some point. But that connection has not been active for at least two years. I’ve gone ahead and removed that connection from your account to avoid future confusion.
