Purchase is disabled

    I tried to make purchase on WordPress, but it is currently disabled. I contacted team WordPress, and I received this message:

    [redacted by staff]

    It seems like they don’t want me to get any form of upgrade, but I fail to see why they intended to say it in such a twisted manner. I reached out to Google for answers, and I found that a lot of users encountered the same issue on WordPress forums, but all the answers I found are very evasive and useless.
