Purchase is disabled

I can’t make any purchase and the billing team reply is like we can’t give you a reply: We won’t be providing any further detail about why payments will remain blocked.
So now what should I do with everything. I have everything with you. Domain and everything. Not being able to have purchases would downgrade to free plan and I have spent lots of money on plugins and other staff.
