I purchased the upgrade using paypal but the notice comes up that the amount isn’t correct, I am stuck. I’ve been billed $99.00 and can’t get the service

Hi, I checked your blog someunderstand.wordpress.com and it does not seem that you purchased an upgrade from us (so you have not been billed, either). Are you trying to purchase an upgrade for a different site – could you give me the address please? If you want to purchase the Pro Bundle for someunderstand.wordpress.com, you can do it under Store.

Yes. I want to purchase the Pro Bundle. I changed my blog address SomeUnderstand.Wordpress. Com to PoorMakingManyRich.Com. I would like to purchase the domain name and the pay the $8.00 for the security of the domain name. Then I notice that I could order the Pro Bundle for $99.00 and it included both the domain name and the security. I went through PayPal to have the money deducted and the notice came up.

OK, it seems that your purchase and domain registration did not go through. Could you please try starting over? You can choose the Pro Bundle under Store, and it includes a credit that you can apply towards a domain registration, with the private option, if you wish. (Needless to say, if you accidentally get billed twice, we’ll refund the duplicate purchase.)

I purchased the pro bundle, and when I filled out the information for the new domain I typed in makingmanyrich.com. I forgot that when I applied for that domain name earlier they said it was taken. I then typed in poorandmakingmanyrich.com, and it was available. I then proceeded to purchase the domain name with the pro bundle, and payment was rejected. When I purchased the pro bundle the second time, I typed in makingmanyrich.com. I got a message that it was already taken, but I may have taken it. I assumed I had. Later I remembered what i had done. I am sorry for the mistake. Is it too late to correct it? I hope it can be, but if not, I will drop the pro bundle and go back to the free blog. I sent an email in reply to the notice that makingmanyrich.com was in place. But I hadn’t hear anything and thought I had best respond this way. Thanks for being patient with me.

It looks like you did add mapping for the makingmanyrich.com domain with the bundle.
I don’t see any trace of poorandmakingmanyrich.com or poormakingmanyrich.com.
Did you receive a receipt for either of those?

No I didn’t. I applied for the domain that was available poormakingmanyrich.com. I gave all the information to PayPal and got a reply that it would be withdrawn. Then the message came up that the amount from PayPal wasn’t correct. The error message stayed. I wasn’t billed.
I then tried again and entered makingmanyrich.com rather poormakingmanyrich.com. I did click mapping. Now I can’t retrieve my blog site.
Can you replace makingmanyrich.com with poormakingmanyrich.com? Or cancel out what has been done with the purchase and let be do it over.
I’m sorry about the mistake tn the second purchase. I would like for it to work, but if not, I would like a refund and go for the free blog site.

In this case, you’ll need to re-do the purchased bundle by canceling and refunding the existing one.
You can cancel your Value Bundle and get a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Please go to the Store -> My Upgrades section of your dashboard, where you’ll find the Bundle in the list of your upgrades, along with a “Cancel” button.

I noticed that after I cancelled there was still an account remaining that wasn’t cancelled WordPress Value Bundle

On the cancellation notice it says the domain name makingmanyrich.com will remain, but the amount for the premium bundle will be refunded $86.00. It is the domain name makingmanyrich.com that I need to replace. Will you cancel the domain name makingmanyrich.com. Refund the money to me, and I will reorder the domain name poormakingmanyrich.com. Don’t cancel the Value Bundle. Please cancel the domain name makingmanyrich.com. It isn’t mine. Thank you for your help.

The domain purchase was part of the bundle, so the whole thing needs to be canceled and refunded, which I have just done.
You can now re-purchase the bundle with the correct domain.
