  My mum paid for the pro website but the website hasn’t changed.

  Are you able to confirm the URL of the website that you need assistance with please?

  The reason why I ask is because it’s not possible to purchase the Pro plan, but instead the WordPress.com Business plan can be purchased.

  I don’t see a purchase made on this particular account so I’m wondering if there’s another site with another provider which has been purchased.
