  Could you tell me what are you hoping to do with ultimate auction pro.

  Plugins like Ultimate auction pro are for self-hosted sites using open source WordPress software. You cannot use them on WordPress.com

  I suggest you check the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/ , think about what do you intend to do and ask further questions in relevant forums at https://wordpress.org/support/

  Sounds like you’re running a self-hosted site, rather than hosting here at WordPress.com.

  Since Ultimate Auction Pro is a premium plugin, you’re best off contacting their support directly for help:

  WordPress software can be downloaded from https://wordpress.org/download/ for free of cost. However you need to pay money to buy the hosting space to install the downloaded software.

  On top of hosting price, it costs money if you wish to buy any premium themes and plugins.
