    Hi, I received an email stating my account will expire on July 27, 2018. But then I am charged an auto-renew fee on June 27, 2018 (a month in advance). I didn’t want to renew, just to clarify. I hadn’t been wanting to renew but I kept forgetting and wanted to wait another year every single time, another auto-renew occurred. Well, finally… I don’t want to auto-renew and when I cancelled it, I only got a partial refund due to my domain name. I cancelled that, too. I still haven’t received my full refund. I have only received $73 from the $99 that was taken out of my account. I would like a full refund because I cancelled my purchase within the year — my account expires 7/27/18. I did contact you guys prior, but I haven’t received any word. Please contact me soon. Thank you!

    I’ve refunded the domain portion of your renewal as well. You should receive it in about ten business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
