  Hello!

  I did purchased a domain and business membership for this account, however I cannot see it in ‘Manage my purchases’, and I cannot see my site with my domain.

  Please your help as the payment has been correctly charged.

  Thanks — mexicasilver.com is owned by fridasilverseeds. Are you resetting the password for that account using the email address your purchase receipt was sent to? If so, it would be worth checking your spam folder in case the password reset email has gone there.

  If there are no emails there, please out the Account Recovery form:

  The transaction ID from the domain purchase can be used to prove ownership of the account. Please submit that information to the account recovery form (do not share it here) as these forums are a public place and any information shared here can be indexed by search engines.
