Purchase of 2.99pm

  Hi can anyone tell me if I purchased the 2.99pm plan does it drop the .wordpress and change to f1pcservicesgalway.com the information icon says it does but if you continue on the basket doesn’t reflect this

  Howdy f1pcservicesgalway!

  If you purchase any Plan, the .wordpress will drop and you can get f1pcservicesgalway.com. It won’t show in the basket but you gain the ability AFTER buying a Plan.

  When you purchase a Personal, Premium or Business Plan, you gain the ability to remove the .wordpress and obtain your own domain. The basket doesn’t reflect this because you’re first buying your Plan. Once the Plan is bought, it directs you to get your own free domain or import a domain (if you’ve bought one elsewhere).

  Each paid WordPress.com plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or map one you already own.

  Once the plan is active on your account, you can then choose the domain you would like to use :)
