  Hello, I purchased a domain but now there is an additional fee to apply it – is that correct? If there is no additional fee to apply it, can you please advise me on how to apply it.

  If there is a fee to apply the domain, I want a refund on purchasing the domain, as this information was not communicated to me accurately. I will not pay the higher fee to use the domain.

  While you can purchase a domain without a plan, to have your domain be your primary domain, you need a paid plan. Otherwise, your domain will redirect to your free *.wordpress.com URL.

  New domain registrations must be canceled within 96 hours to receive a refund. You can learn more about our refund policy here:

  What we can do is add £16 in credit to your account since the first year of our annual plans includes a domain registration. Let us know if you’d like to do that and we’ll get that added.
