Purchase of theme

    I purchase a theme and the startup fee but when I go to my site to publish and work on the new theme it is not showing ANYTHING like the demo. I would like to know what I need to do for this to become active as I just paid a lot of money for it.

    That site is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, and not using one of our themes, so we’re not able to help with this.

    Please contact support for the theme you bought directly for help with this. There should be a support link on the page where you bought that theme.
