Purchase of "Theme" through a Debit Card- India

  I want to buy a Premium Theme. Can i pay thorough a debit card?
  Your payment interface asks for Credit Card Details…Should I fill in Debit card details there?

  I am writing from India and have Debit card of a major bank – SBI (india’s largest bank) , but i do not have a credit card (Certainly not a PayPal !) Please help.

  For payment, we accept all major credit and debit cards, and you can also pay directly through your PayPal account. Finally, we will accept Bitcoin.

  We cannot accept checks, cash, purchase or money orders, or any payment that must be mailed, and we cannot accept payment over the phone.

  I’m quite sure I did. It clearly says debit card.

  Did you try to put in your debit card details?

  If your debit card has a Visa or Mastercard logo, and is backed by one of those services, it should work. If not, you will need to pay using a credit card, directly via PayPal, or via Bitcoin.

  @jackiedana-thanks for that information. Perhaps it would be prudent to add it to the Payment support doc.

  @chaudharypriyanka – Hopefully your SBI (State Bank of India) debit card qualifies. If not, perhaps you can use it to purchase a prepaid credit card or use it as a payment method on PayPal, and then use that to make your purchase. Hope you will be able to sort it out.
